181 Fremont | Building Overview
With only 55 units for sale and starting 500 feet in the air, 181 Fremont is peak San Francisco luxury condominium living. Built alongside the Salesforce Tower, 181 Fremont is one of the newest buildings reshaping the San Francisco skyline. The 181 Fremont residences occupy floors 55 - 70, ensuring everyone has a view.
Here are a few of the highlights:
The building has topped off and is currently standing at 70 floors.
Drilled 260 feet into bedrock, 181 Fremont is a mixed use building with two-thirds Class A commercial space and new luxury condos occupying the top third of the building.
The building has been pre-certified as San Francisco’s first LEED Platinum luxury condominium tower
This development is by Jay Paul Company. Each of their projects has an emphasis on design excellence and best-in-class construction. 181 Fremont will incorporate innovative design strategies for sustainability, water savings and energy efficiency while providing a safer and healthier living and working environment.
This building was created in part by the structural engineering firm ARUP, a world-renowned firm known for creating the structural design of the Sydney Opera House and the California Academy of Sciences
The interior design is by ODADA, a San Francisco-based company. Orlando Diaz-Azcuy, known as the "dean of interior design," has hand-picked one-of-a-kind features that truly set 181 Fremont apart from other luxury condominiums. For example, Italian Calacatta Carrara marble, New Guinea Paldao wood, and a custom-forged polished brass handle by Parisian artisans Serie Rare grace the entryway of each home.
Located on the 52nd floor, the amenities for 181 Fremont span the entire floor. There is a fitness center, conference room, library, yoga studio, and wrap-around terrace. Each unit will come with an additional storage space located on Mezzanine level and its own parking space. There is a 5-level valet parking garage and 2 bicycle racks. Residents of 181 Fremont will also have direct access to the Salesforce Tower and the new sky park that will be located above the Transbay Transit Center. The park will be San Francisco’s version of the Highline in NYC.
Currently, 29 of the 55 units have been sold and residents have already moved in. There is also a floor of accessory units (Junior 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom) available for sale to 181 Fremont owners. They range from $1.2m - $1.7m and 6 of the 12 accessory units have been sold.
